If your uncircumcised they will pull back on the skin and look all around they will get each nut and roll it around checking for lumps or abnormallies. Then will press above your nutsack and make you cough to check for hernias the whole man junk area thing takes about 2-3 minutes. they will give you a tetnus shot if it is needed take some blood to see if your chemiclly balanced and then you will be done.
