Using diet pills to lose a few pounds?
I am just curious if there are any diet pills out there that really work? I've never tried anything like that before, but I hear people say that the ones they advertise on TV are ripoffs, but so many get sold I am just wondering if there are any sold at like GNC that actually help you lose weight? I am not overweight really, I'm 24 and I weigh 125, but I want to lose like 5lbs. I already eat pretty healthily, I track everything I eat on The Daily Plate and I usually eat about 900-1100 calories per day, so I don't really think I need to change my diet, but I'm thinking maybe if I just took some type of diet pill I could lose my 5lbs quickly. And don't tell me to go running, I don't feel like it, lol... so YES, I am looking for the easy way out, haha. I just want to hear some personal experiences people have with diet pills. Thanks!
Personally, I have never taken diet pills, but I DO know that they are only a temporary solution and once you stop taking them, you most likely will be worse off than when you started. If you do not like to run, there are many other cardio exercises such as swimming and biking that are fun. If you want to lose a few pounds without exercising at all, i might know how you would do such a thing. You need to eat foods that will boost your metabolism such as whey protein, many fruits, spinach, and others. To more foods that will boost your metabolism, google it. Exercise would be your best choice along with boosting your metabolism.
Good Luck :)
I was overweight until I used acai berry, I know they say that pills don't work, nevertheless they sure worked for me, and they have been shown on CNN too. There's a free trial on currently at http://72ba.com , why not try it, what is the worst that could happen?
all diet pills recommend to eat healthy and exercise, if you do those two things you will lose weight so there is no since in taking the pills, unless you like throwing money away
Don't use any diet pills. They're dangerous. If you don't feel like running maybe go for walks.
